Zac Mader

Zac Mader has been a South Wales Police officer since 1999. He worked as an operational officer in Cardiff before he was elected to the National Board of the Police Federation of England & Wales, which represents the four Police Services in Wales.

Zac Mader was instrumental in setting up the Welsh Affairs Business Area for PFEW and the role of the Welsh Lead.
Zac is currently the lead of the Race, Religion & Belief Equality group and Co-lead of the Welsh Affairs group. He leads on Police Ethics, Men's Health, and Co-lead Ops Policing. He also leads on Police Staff associations and Networks for PFEW.
