Sue Honeywill

PFEW National Women's Group Chair

Sue joined Devon and Cornwall Police in 1997 and has represented for equality ever since. In June 2022, she was elected to the Police Federation of England and Wales National Board. Sue believes we must focus on our members, challenge when appropriate and ensure all voices are heard.

Sue is experienced in conduct, equality, advocacy, and post-incident management and has represented officers at all ranks. Sue is also elected lead for the Women’s Group. Issues she is tackling as part of the women's group include flexible working, baby loss, maternity, IVF, ladies only fitness testing and uniform. Sue is fundamental in addressing the federation's response to VAWG.
