Current chair of the Hampshire branch with over 30 years policing experience. Still involved when I can be operationally, including public order and roads policing. 

I set up the STEP (suicide trauma education prevention) campaign with Martis media in March this year. We are striving to get suicide  prevention measures in to policing for both officers and staff across the country, as well removing the fear and stigma of speaking out. 

This campaign is personal to me having had a lived experience in the past. 

In my spare time I'm known for taking on fitness challenges for charity, often in L2 kit!
