Leanne Moorhouse

With 20 years of operational policing experience and having served as the NPCC and UK Home Office subject matter expert on Body-Worn Video, Leanne has led the development of national guidance and worked with policing partners globally to shape how BWV is used operationally. As the author of the current NPCC Body-Worn Video guidance, her work has focused on balancing consistent and transparent use, evidential benefits and officer protection. She continues to support policing nationally through strategic advice and collaboration across the public safety sector.
