Karen Moreton

Karen is a Senior Research Officer at the College of Policing and has over 20 years’ experience of conducting academic and government research in various settings including crime, sentencing, offender management and policing. She has been at the College since 2016 and ran their bursary scheme for several years. She now acts as an adviser for the scheme alongside projects on leadership, ‘What Works’ in crime reduction, and a police workforce survey.
