Dr Khan is a socio-cultural anthropologist specialising in gender relations and minority communities. She has previously worked on international projects with the European Union and the government of New Zealand. Since joining PFEW 2 years ago, she has been the lead on key surveys such as the Uniform survey, the Menopause survey, and our annual Pay and Morale survey.’
