Dr Ceri Jones

Dr Jones is a Director of The Police Leavers Partnership (PLP) and Wellworks Ltd an Occupational Psychology Consultancy Practice. She has over 20 years experience as a psychologist and academic working with public and private sector organisations including; the police, prison service and healthcare providing leadership and career development, coaching, employee resilience and culture change programmes.

Her wealth of experience was developed through her previous senior roles in the NHS, Recruitment and Academia. She been awarded grants over 10 million. Funded by the College of Policing, National Institute of Health Research, European Commission, UKResearch and Innovation, Health and Care Research Wales and Welsh Government. She has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles, policy reviews and reports. Her research working with global partners has been used to inform national policy and practice.
