Charlie Hall QPM is currently an adviser on policing to the National Board of the Police Federation of England and Wales. He previously served as Chief Constable of Hertfordshire Constabulary for eight years, leading national work on operational coordination and ANPR. He was awarded the Queen’s Police Medal in 2018 for policing and in particular, leadership in developing the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Programme (JESIP) and its implementation nationally across all emergency services and wider responders in the UK.
