Andy Williams

Andy Williams is Vice President of the Queensland Police Union and a Sergeant with the Queensland Police Service, bringing 27 years of frontline policing experience to his roles.

Andy has extensive experience in operational policing, industrial advocacy and representing the interests of police officers. He is committed to strong union representation and ensuring the voice of frontline police is heard in decisions that affect their working conditions, safety and ability to serve the community.

Andy is also a Director of Cop Care, supporting the wellbeing of serving and veteran police officers and their families, and a Board Member of Queensland Police Legacy.

His focus is on practical advocacy, strong representation and delivering meaningful outcomes for police officers and the broader policing community.
